Was checked in very quickly and seen by the dr Azar. She made the diagnostic and I decided to get it all done. However, I was kept wait long for a very long time. I was kept waiting for 20-25 minutes at the chair before they came to do my inlay. After that was done, I was kept waiting for another 25 minutes to get my teeth clean. After the teeth cleaning, another wait for about 15 minutes as their X ray machine failed? I literally fall asleep on the chair waiting for all these to get done. Total time is about 4 hours. I think Dr Azar is great but the rest of the staff are below standard, especially the lead Belen and Jacqueline the dental hygienist. I have another session to do my crown and teeth cleaning but I most probably won’t be back again. The rest of the staff plays a great role in the client experience and unfortunately at this time, they make the visit very unbearable. Update My next visit to finish the crown was much more smoother. Dr Azar apologized to me about my experience even though she didn’t do anything wrong. Dr Azar is very great. They replaced my dental hygienist with Diana and Jennifer and these two are very wonderful. They do a thorough job and I am extremely please with the results. I was in and out at a decent time. What matters is they strive to make client experience good and make things right. This place really deserves the 5 solid stars.

Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The staff is warm and welcoming, and Dr Azar is incredibly gentle, thorough, and attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The da kanbrea was amazing, My smile has never looked or felt better — I actually look forward to my appointments now! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares.
